Job description - Digital Account Manager
You will be getting your teeth stuck into online advertising, learning the basics of Google Ads and Facebook Ads through training, and supporting your team with client work.

Eventually, you will be looking after your own clients' advertising, whilst continuing to support the rest of your team with their work.

You will be getting an understanding of PK's mission and how you fit into achieving it. You will be building critical internal relationships and learning how to communicate with clients effectively.

Key responsibilities - Digital Account Manager
In this Digital Marketing Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting on client calls to collect project brief and report on progress
  • Planning CRM strategies designed to attract and retain customers
  • Creating copy for emails and other content as part of a wider Marketing campaign
  • Implementing strategies to test the various forms of Marketing 
  • Conducting A/B testing to compare performance of campaigns
  • Reporting on campaign progress and performance to feedback to client

Job requirements - Digital Account Manager
  • A minimum of a 2.1 from university
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset - you're comfortable working with numbers
  • A keen interest in media and working within a creative industry
  • An internship or placement within Marketing or Media would be ideal but not a necessity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
