Job description – Data Insights Analyst
In this Data and Insights Manager role in London, you will play a critical role in unlocking the power of data for our customers.

You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and customer needs to translate complex metrics into actionable insights, driving product adoption, optimizing engagement, and ultimately accelerating customer success.

Key responsibilities – Data Insights Analyst
In this Data Insights Analyst opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:
Data-driven customer engagement:
  • Analyse customer data (usage, satisfaction, sentiment) to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Develop and deliver customised insights reports to customers, highlighting areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that resonate with customers' business goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards desired outcomes.
 
Proactive problem identification and resolution:
  • Use data to proactively identify potential churn risks and customer dissatisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams (product, support) to develop and implement data-driven solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and measure their impact on customer success metrics.
 
Product feedback and optimisation:
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate insights into actionable product roadmap items.
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure their voice is heard within the product development process.
 
Internal collaboration and knowledge sharing:
  • Partner with the broader commercial team to educate them on data-driven customer insights and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions on data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of a data-driven culture within the customer success organisation.
 
Job requirements – Data Insights Analyst
In this Data Insights Analyst role, we're looking for a candidate with:
  • A 2:1 from university
  • Full rights to work in the UK
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally within customer success or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data visualization using Power BI.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date on data trends.
  • Experienced in 360 cycle of data management; collection, cleaning, modelling, testing, reporting. Able to work with large, complex data sets from various sources.
  • Advocating and being accountable for data governance principles, best practice, and continuous improvement.
