In this Graduate Customer Success job in London, you will be responsible for a range of customer-facing tasks. This role is instrumental in ensuring customers get a great experience and therefore a key part of the success of the company!
Your responsibilities include a range of customer-facing responsibilities including onboarding new customers, identifying and driving commercial upsell opportunities and collaborating closely with the Sales and Product teams.

Key responsibilities - Customer Success Manager (Fintech)
In this Graduate Customer Success job, your responsibilities will include:
- Project managing onboarding to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers.
- Managing a portfolio of clients and their key touchpoints, feeding back valuable product insights and communicating impact to the wider business.
- Confidently managing customer challenges, requirements, and product feedback with empathy and clarity.
- Managing existing customer contract renewals and upsells within your portfolio.
- Training the trainer at larger customers and developing training collateral (videos, webinars).
- Identifying commercial upsell opportunities among existing customers and working alongside the sales team to close these opportunities.
- Validating new product features and informing customers where required
- Be the voice of the customer internally: advocating for their needs and driving improvements to their experience, whether that's through our products, sales process, documentation or communications
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Job requirements - Customer Success Manager (Fintech)
- A 2.1 in your university degree.
- Some B2B account management/customer success roles with a focus on account retention and upsell, ideally within Financial Services and/or SaaS solutions.
- Be extremely motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same!
- A genuine interest in FinTech or SaaS sales.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making skills.
- A natural communicator who is great at talking to anyone and everyone.
