Job requirements – Customer Success Executive (Tech/SaaS)
For this Customer Service job, you the ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Account Management for a software company (preferably SaaS).
- 1+ year experience in IT/Cyber Security/Tech industry.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and well-organised with a passion for technology and, above all, Customer Success.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of information technology concepts (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
