Job description – CRM Manager In this role as a CRM Manager, you will take customer and prospective customer communication strategy to the next level helping to nurture and retain customers while also driving acquisition and long-term business growth. You will execute CRM strategy across B2C and B2B audiences.
This includes designing automated campaigns that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
This role blends data, creativity, and automation to build best-in-class lifecycle marketing programs.
Key responsibilities – CRM Manager In this CRM Manager role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own and evolve CRM strategy, ensuring customer and prospect journeys are engaging and personalised – driving key business objectives.
- Manage and execute email and push notification campaigns, including content creation and deployment.
- Analyse campaign performance and generate insights.
- Optimise customer and prospect segmentation.
- Develop automated lifecycle campaigns.
- Build and execute lead nurture programs for B2B audiences.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and segmentation to deliver hyper-relevant, timely communications.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
Job requirements – CRM Manager For this CRM Manager role, you will need:
- 2 years’ experience in CRM marketing, ideally in a high growth environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools and ESPs (HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, or similar).
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing.
- Creative eye.
- Driven and enthusiastic personality.
