Job description - Client ExecutiveThe main purpose of the analytics team is to deliver insightful and actionable analysis that answers the clients’ objectives on time.
This role assists in preparing and interrogating the clients’ data to deliver solutions that meet the project's agreed objectives. Providing accurate analysis is essential in this role and prioritises developing a deep understanding of our clients’ customer data.
In this Graduate Client Executive job, you will ensure the clients receive the right level of strategic and analytical support. The role reports to the Analytics Director and will support the analytics team on all aspects of data analysis, reporting and identifying key trends. This role is rooted in using data to analyse and interrogate campaigns to improve them.
You must be confident with numbers, programming, data and Excel, but also be confident working with clients.
Key responsibilities - Client ExecutiveIn this Data Analyst job, your responsibilities will include: - Producing ad-hoc analysis for clients, agreeing on project objectives, identifying customer trends, and detailing key recommendations based on data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding and producing mailing analyses for clients.
- Liaising with clients over the phone or in person.
- Identifying and advising on actionable recommendations based on key findings from the analysis.
- Creating predictive models using Logistic Regression, CHAID, and Clustering techniques with the assistance of senior analysts.
Job requirements - Client Executive - A minimum of a 2.1 from university.
- 1 year experience working for a marketing agency.
- An analytical degree (Maths or Science-based) is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills – you will be using this a lot in your work.
- Strong numerical ability- you’ll need to be comfortable with numbers and able to spot trends and errors with sums quickly, with a logical mind and approach to problem-solving.
- Basic statistics experience – familiarity with averages, deviations, correlation, and regression is required.
- Previous experience or knowledge of SQL, Python, R and Data Management.
- A great team worker, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- A confident presenter who can articulate their ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle many projects with tight deadlines.
- A keen interest in analysis and data forecasting.
