Job description – Client Executive
In this Advertising Account Executive graduate job, you will be working alongside the senior members of the team to support a number of high-profile clients and provide exceptional client services across the consulting, creative, and communications branches of the business.

You will be fully trained in all areas of media & marketing research, insight, delivery, & analysis and will be given lots of autonomy; handling clients’ varying requests, questions, and issues. You will need to be ambitious and driven by an insatiable curiosity.

You will also need to be highly adaptable, as this is a varied role that will see you working across a number of key areas - including media & communications, marketing strategy, creative/PR support, and campaign analytics.

Key responsibilities - Client Executive
  • Researching for proposals and client briefs
  • Spotting patterns and trends in purchasing data and drawing out key insights
  • Contributing to creative ideas and campaigns
  • Client relationship building
  • Media and technology research and training
  • Setting up and managing social campaigns
  • Negotiating with media owners such as ITV or the FT
  • Collecting data and analytics from campaigns and compiling reports using Google Analytics and Adserver
  • Interpreting outliers and anomalies in data
  • General admin duties
  • Researching influencers for key clients
Job requirements - Client Executive
  • A minimum of a 2.1 from university
  • Previous commercial experience and comfortability in an office environment 
  • Prior professional experience in a related field (advertising, marketing, communications etc) through internships, placements, or previous jobs is highly beneficial
  • Analytical skills: someone who is confident in managing large datasets with an ability to spot trends and patterns, and draw insights from data
  • A keen and clearly demonstrated interest in the advertising industry
  • Comfortable with working in the office environment through previous commercial experience
  • Excellent client-facing skills and confidence when working with others
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
