Job description - Client Account Manager
Our client is currently seeking dedicated Portfolio Managers to join their high performing sales team.

Candidates can expect hands on training and support to build their sales career, whilst bringing a proactive and ambitious attitude to their own career.

Successful candidates will be making outbound calls following up on inbound enquiries, with the aim of familiarising clients with the company and their market leading financial products.

The goal is to build and maintain relationships with clients, aligning them with opportunities that meet their needs and their investment strategy.

As a PLC, they operate with complete transparency. Clients are invited to meet with them at any of their offices, and portfolio managers must be able to travel for this purpose.

Key responsibilities - Client Account Manager
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the economy and financial products
  • Make quality outbound sales calls to a high-net-worth client base
  • Proactive client relationship management
  • Guiding prospective clients through the sales process
  • Achieving sales weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Contributing to the healthy office culture, being a true team-player
Job requirements - Client Account Manager

  • University Degree or Relevant Sales Experience: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
    • Alternatively, relevant sales experience or outstanding natural ability, willingness to learn, and work ethic will be considered
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively promote FX trading solutions
    • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating determination, resilience, and a proactive approach to achieving targets
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
