Job description – Business Analyst 
In this Graduate Business Analyst role, you will work closely with the CEO to provide insights, analysis and support in decision-making processes.

You will develop a solid foundation for future work as a Business Analyst and will help understand how different parts of the business work together to drive results.  As an entry-level role, the graduate will gain a thorough understanding of business analysis, learn to handle client queries, assist in strategic initiatives, and learn about technology solutions.  

This graduate scheme typically sees you develop into a senior Business Analyst position, but pathways into Project Management, Product Management or Business Intelligence Analyst will be open to you.

Key responsibilities - Business Analyst  
In this Graduate Business Analyst job in London, your responsibilities will include:  

• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to gain an understanding of business operations and contribute to strategic projects. 
• Track, analyse and build reports on key performance indicators to measure business output.  
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 
• Liaise across departments to gather business insights. 
• Stay updated with market trends and economic indicators. 
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives. 
• Use various software and platforms for analysis and reporting purposes.

Job requirements - Business Analyst   

• A 2.1 or above from a top tier university 
• Analytical mindset with an ability to analyse data and drive strategy 
• Confident communication skills & ability to deal with clients 
• Strength with Excel, SQL and Power BI is essential 
• Teamworking ability
