In this Archive Assistant job, you will be joining a highly successful creative marketing and communications consultancy that has worked closely with some of the world’s largest luxury brands!

Based in Central London, they draw insights from consumer behaviour to help brands modernise how they plan, create and execute advertising and marketing campaigns. 

For over ten years, they have supported their premium client base with a unique blend of data & market intelligence, digital marketing solutions and creative ideas.

They're now looking for a driven, proactive team player to join their lovely team as a leading Business Analyst to their client base.  
 
Job description – Archive Assistant 
In this Archive Assistant you will be supporting with the administration and organisation of data.

You will be essential to the effective and systematic archiving of files and other assets. In this role you will be working on one of the company’s largest accounts working for a luxury client that is valued at over $10 billion.  

For success in this role you need to be motivated, able to take initiative and process driven.

Experience in working with data is a bonus; a background in administration or data management would put you in great stead for this role. 
 
Key responsibilities – Archive Assistant 
  • Collaborating with wider teams to ensure project timelines are hit 
  • Updating spreadsheets and generate reports with inventory of uploaded assets  
  • Linking archived rushes to senior colleagues where applicable  
  • Spot checking a selection of assets to ensure rules have been correctly applied  
  • Maintaining and contributing to standards and governance by being across industry best practices  
  • Removing files that are deemed unnecessary by the team  
 
 
Job requirements – Archive Assistant  
  • Educated to University degree level  
  • Computer literate – you much be able to enter data correctly  
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Software 
  • Adept at problem solving – able to identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data  
  • Commercial experience in administration or working with data is a bonus  
  • An excellent eye for detail  
  • Great comms and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
