- Account Management support: Assisting the Account Management team with day-to-day processes, managing and maintaining data quality across all reporting and ensuring a high level of attention to detail, organization and time management.
- Campaign analysis: Monitor campaign performance, update weekly performance reports, and dashboards, produce comprehensive analysis and work with several different market tools including the proprietary marketing effectiveness platform.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (account managers, media planners, buyers, and analysis teams) to ensure you receive what you need to pull together necessary reports and meet deadlines.
- Competitor reporting: Responsible for producing clear and compelling research into competitor and industry news for our clients. Proactively leading on relevant updates across the client competitor landscape for internal communication and reporting.
- Copy tracking: Managing the client copy tracking process, ensuring complete accuracy and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Business Development: Compile thorough market and sector research documents to support new business outreach.
For this Junior Account Executive role in London, the ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of a 2.1 from university (an analytical degree, such as a STEM subject, Psychology, Economics is beneficial).
- Experience or internships in Media, Marketing, or Advertising is highly beneficial.
- Analytical thinking, being someone comfortable working with data and fully proficient in working with data in Excel.
- A keen interest in Media Planning & Buying is essential.
- Previous experience in an office-based/organisational role is beneficial.
- Proactive ambition, be a commercially minded and highly motivated individual.
- Excellent client-facing skills and confidence when working with others.
- Exceptional attention to detail – supported by a diligent, highly organised, and meticulous approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
