Job description – Account Manager
In this Sales Account Manager role in London, you will be joining a highly successful team who are responsible for all SAAS clients.
 
You will be supporting existing account management and learning what makes a great commercial partner through helping to generate funding enquiries, distribute credit licences and promote new products to an existing client base.
 
Having a background in finance is a plus but by no means essential. An eagerness to learn and get stuck in is much more important!  
 
Key responsibilities – Account Manager
In this Account Manager in London, your responsibilities will include:
  • Working alongside the Partnerships team, supporting the client process and ensuring new clients are correctly onboarded/managed.
  • Establishing yourself as a new point of contact for smaller accounts.
  • Supporting line managers with key accounts and learning what their drivers/ core needs are.
  • Helping to assign commercial licenses and how to manage the process.
  • Ensuring projects are communicated with all parties and answering any external queries promptly.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with accountants and getting to grips with their business needs.
  • Attend relevant and important industry training sessions.
  • Providing ad-hoc support as and when required.
  • Continuing to make use of all the learning and development opportunities on offer!
 
Job requirements -  Account Manager
For this Partnerships Executive job, we are looking for:
  • A university degree.
  • Ideally a commercial internship, or an interest, in the financial sphere.
  • A top communicator - you’ll have proven experience presenting, writing and forming meaningful relationships.
  • A real go-getter as shown with extracurricular activities and university societies.
  • Naturally curious - you’re not afraid to ask why and enjoy the prospect of working in a fast-paced, consistently evolving environment.
  • The ability to take the necessary initiative in making decisions, improve processes, or come up with new ideas to grow the business.
  • Someone who can display great relationship management skills when necessary.
  • Full UK working rights.
