In this Admin Assistant role in London, you’ll be joining an award-winning boutique design and marketing agency, working on print/web/promotion projects for clients offering an end-to-end service for their exciting clientele.
 
The agency partners with a wide range of businesses, from startups and charities to global companies, mainly within the corporate, sports and financial sectors. They are looking for a graduate to join their growing team based in Putney! 
 
Job description – Account Executive
In this role, you will join as an Account Executive & Social Media Manager. You will support the senior team in daily activities, while also managing social media and external communications. You will also be responsible for administration and office management, so you will need good organisational skills.
 
Over time, the role will involve more client-facing responsibilities and account management duties. This is a graduate-level opportunity with plenty of training to develop long-term within the company.
 
Key responsibilities – Marketing Account Executive
In this Account Executive job, your responsibilities will be split between Account Executive, social media management, and office management and will include:
 
 Account Executive responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming business enquiries.
  • Take detailed briefs from clients and relay them to our designers and developers.
  • Establish timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Attend meetings and take thorough notes.
  • Prepare quotes and manage invoicing for clients.
  • Liaise with suppliers (obtaining quotes, placing orders, processing invoices).
  • Proofread and check documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain open, honest and consistent communication with clients.
  • Independently overseeing and managing concurrent projects from inception to completion.
 
Social Media Management responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Schedule and manage weekly content.
  • Engage with audiences and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content.
  • Monitor content performance through engagement metrics and analytics.
  • Research social media trends and competitors.
  • Handle copywriting duties, including captions and other communications.
 
Administrative responsibilities
  • Organise couriers and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage telephone queries.
  • Provide PA support to the Director.
  • Oversee accounting records (processing receipts, invoices, and bills) and monitor petty cash.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Keep the office tidy and organised.
  • Greet visitors and provide hospitality.
  • Support recruitment efforts.
 
Job requirements – Graduate Account Executive
  • A graduate from university, ideally having studied English or a written-focused degree.
  • Good maths skills.
  • Previous customer-facing experience.
  • Introduction to commercial experience is desirable, such as internships or placements.
  • Exceptional communication skills - you can find a way of building rapport with everyone and anyone
  • A keen eye for detail – proofreading will be a big part of this role.
  • Long-term motivations. The client is looking for someone who can grow and develop in the business in the long term.
  • A genuine interest in the creative sector and design.
