Job description - Recruitment Consultant
In this recruitment consultant role, you can expect a fast-paced and varied day including the following tasks:

Building a deep understanding of different graduate roles and industries
Manage candidates through the full recruitment process from sourcing to handling offers and placements
Create job adverts optimised for the grad market
Identify new business opportunities through outreach (in-person and online)
Negotiate terms, fees and recruitment models
Building and managing a portfolio of clients
Representing Give a Grad a Go at events (careers fairs, workshops, panels etc)
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM

We're a small team, so you'll work closely with leadership and have real input into how we operate.

Role requirements - Recruitment Consultant

Previous experience in recruitment
A strong work ethic and a track record of managing a portfolio of clients
Business development experience is a plus
Someone who thrives in a target driven environment
Great communication skills and genuine empathy - this role is built on relationships
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A positive, self-motivated attitude and solid problem-solving instincts
