Job description - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
In this graduate recruitment role, you can expect a fast-paced and varied day including the following tasks:

Building a deep understanding of different graduate roles and industries
Calling, emailing and video-chatting with new candidates to understand their goals and find the right fit
Delivering honest, constructive feedback to applicants
Building shortlists for the team when new briefs come in
Attending client calls with the team to learn how to take job briefs and more
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Getting involved in business development - spotting new prospects and helping grow our network

We're a small team, so you'll work closely with leadership and have real input into how we operate.

Role requirements - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

A strong work ethic and a track record of client-facing or sales experience
Someone who would be comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment
Great communication skills and genuine empathy - this role is built on relationships
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A positive, self-motivated attitude and solid problem-solving instincts
