Here’s how we put our company vision into action:

We focus on graduate talent: We recognise the ingenuity and flair that graduates can bring to growing businesses and work to reflect this in our specialist hiring services. That’s why our team all started as grads themselves!
We believe in personal touch: We ensure that every application is reviewed by a recruiter and that a candidate’s personality and interests, alongside skills and experience, are considered when finding the perfect match for each individual business.
We provide holistic support: We focus our attention on boosting growth and employability, not just filling job vacancies. We provide end-to-end support for graduates and businesses through our expert career and industry resources.
We play fair and square: We only offer roles which at least match living wage. Unpaid internships are a big ‘no’ in our book – they’re unfair to graduates and damaging to businesses. If you’re a small business looking to save some pounds, we have structures in place to help you spread the cost.

With 70% of our shortlisted candidates asked to interview, and 96% of new starters passing their probation period, we’re confident that our approach works.
