Job description - Technical Sales Coordinator
This isn't just a sales or admin role, it's an opportunity to get hands-on with technical products, learn the full product lifecycle, and make a real impact on large scale events. You'll work across the business with event managers, electricians, and engineers to provide custom power solutions that keep Australia's biggest events running smoothly.
 
 
Job responsibilities - Technical Sales Coordinator
 
As a Technical Sales Coordinator your day-to-day will include:
  • Listening to customer needs and recommending suitable products or configurations from inbound leads
  • Preparing detailed quotes and proposals for electrical leads, connectors, and distribution setups
  • Coordinating orders from sales through to shipping and invoicing
  • Helping manage stock levels and maintaining product listings
  • Assisting with content updates and warehouse operations
  • Identifying product gaps and improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to refine workflows and improve customer experience
 
Job requirements - Technical Sales Coordinator
  • A background in electrical engineering, trade experience, or strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills – you can translate complex needs into practical solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with Excel and basic business systems
  • A proactive and team-orientated attitude
  • An interest in events, entertainment, or technical logistics (is a bonus!)
