Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping supply chain operations running smoothly. From inventory control to reporting and supplier coordination, you'll gain end-to-end exposure and develop the skills to build a career in the industry.
Job responsibilities - Supply Chain Graduate
In this supply chain graduate role, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Take ownership of inventory control - ensuring timely and accurate processing of stock
- Maintain and update records in the internal job management system (CMS)
- Assist with preparing accurate stock and performance reports
- Collaborate with technicians, partners, and suppliers to resolve stock-related queries
- Support coordination of repairs, replenishments etc
You don't need years of experience, just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Initiative and a flexible, solutions-focused approach to customer needs
- An analytical mindset with confidence using Excel and the MS Office suite
