In this Senior Support and Data Specialist role, you will act as the most technically advanced member of the Customer Support team resolving complex customer, enhancing documentation, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Senior Support and Data Specialist will also take a proactive role in training and mentoring colleagues, shaping the team’s capability as the company scales.

As the Senior Support and Data Specialist, you can expect the following duties, but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external customers
- Training and coaching the team to develop technical and customer service skills
- Act as a technical subject matter expert and lead support operations
- Value-selling product features to customers through training and customer support
- Document customer issues thoroughly for the team
- Work closely with technical teams to shape support workflows
- Monitor the CRM system ensuring the best customer experience
- Communicate with the customer success team to share trends, and opportunities
Job requirements - Senior Support and Data Specialist
- Solid experience in technical support, customer success, helpdesk, or technical sales roles
- Strong client communication skills across phone, email, presentations
- Empathetic and excellent listening skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Process driven and independent problem-solver
- The ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance
- Background or exposure to the industry, equities/commodities trading is a strong plus
- Proficiency with SQL and Python (desirable)
- Data science and analysis background (bonus)
