As an Operations and Marketing Assistant, you'll support the Sales Manager with administration, coordination and operational tasks. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into the beauty world. You'll help ensure smooth communication, efficient administration, and the timely execution of brand and retailer initiatives.

Job Responsibilities - Operations and Marketing Assistant
In this varied, hands-on Operations and Marketing Assistant role, you will:

• Support the sales manager with day-to-day coordination, product onboarding and presentation decks
• Play a key role in new product launches, helping manage timelines and retailer updates
• Support the planning, logistics and execution of retailer meetings, events and trade shows
• Create and refine marketing materials and social content  
• Get hands-on experience with PR
