As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager across a mix of marketing, PR, sales support and operational tasks. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into the beauty world. You'll help ensure smooth communication, efficient administration, and the timely execution of brand and retailer initiatives.

Job Responsibilities - Marketing Assistant
In this varied, hands-on Marketing Assistant role, you will:

• Support sales and brand teams with day-to-day coordination, product onboarding and presentation decks
• Bring campaigns to life by creating and refining marketing materials and social content
• Get hands-on experience with PR and influencer activity
• Play a key role in new product launches, helping manage timelines and retailer updates
• Support the planning, logistics and execution of retailer meetings, events and trade shows
