Job Description - Junior Operations Assistant
As a Junior Operations Assistant, you'll act as the central link across the business, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting the Director closely, managing emails and receipts, to supporting recruitment and staff development, to keeping on top of timesheets and job allocations, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects moving. 
 
This role offers a unique chance to learn every aspect of the events and live production world, with the potential to grow into HR, recruitment, or project management long-term.

Key Responsibilities - Junior Operations Assistant
  • Daily support to the Director (calendar management, inbox management, travel etc.)
  • Manage and monitor emails, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks
  • Process receipts and handle financial admin
  • Support HR and recruitment, helping to identify and onboard
  • Track timesheets and allocate hours correctly across multiple projects
  • Act as a central point of contact - knowing who is where and who can handle what
  • Provide updates and quick answers to the business owner and wider team
  • Learn the systems and logistics side of the business, supporting future growth
  • Assist with staff training and development initiatives
Job Requirements - Junior Operations Assistant
  • Background in HR, psychology, administration, or project management (or a keen interest in developing in these areas)
  • Confident communicator, able to handle fast-paced environments
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • A proactive, adaptable approach
  • Enjoys variety - switching between admin, people-focused work, and supporting operations
  • Ambitious and growth-minded - someone excited about developing a career in events and live production
