This fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer is based in Laverton North, offering full concept-to-launch capability for their clients, from initial idea right through to product on shelf. They've seen 50% year-on-year sales growth for the past two years and are backed by their parent company, a skincare brand worth over $5bn. With a small, close-knit team of around 50 people, they've got plans to continue growing and launch their own in-house brand within the next 2-3 years.
The Role - Junior Marketing Coordinator
This is a newly created position where you'll have the real opportunity to shape it around your strengths. You'll go through a structured 3-month training program rotating across different teams, mentored by senior staff along the way, with hands-on exposure to the lab and packing line so you understand the business from the ground up. From there you'll move toward marketing and creative, or into Account Management or Project Management depending on where your interests lie.
Job responsibilities - Junior Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you'll be tasked with the following duties, but not limited to:
- Getting involved in marketing, social media and website content
- Supporting product sampling and product development
- Assisting with account management and client relationships
- Spending time in the lab and on the packing line to understand production
- Building your own role over time as you find where you add the most value
- Creative, organised and a strong communicator
- A genuine passion for fashion and beauty
- Comfortable using Canva and the Microsoft suite
- Collaborative and hands-on, and excited about working in a small, tight-knit team
