Job Description – Graduate Sustainability Analyst
In this Graduate Sustainability Analyst role, you’ll support the delivery of environmental performance reports for a large-scale government client. From validating data and liaising with suppliers to tracking utility use and greenhouse gas emissions, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of sustainability frameworks and develop your analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities – Graduate Sustainability Analyst
In this Canberra-based Graduate Sustainability Analyst role, you’ll work closely with the sustainability and reporting team to:
- Support the preparation of environmental reports (e.g. energy, emissions, waste, recycling) and the creation of data insights
- Gather and validate data from government departments, utilities, and third parties
- Track and analyse greenhouse gas emissions and other sustainability metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
- Summarise key trends and present findings in a reporting format
- Degree in analytics, business, environmental science, sustainability, or similar
- Strong Excel skills – confident with spreadsheets, formulas, and data checking
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Canberra (hybrid model, 4 days in office)
