Job description – Graduate Business Analyst
As the Graduate Business Analyst, you will play an important role supporting the founders and development team to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions across their product ecosystem.

It’s an exciting position to connect client requirements and technical implementation and transform business needs into clear product specifications.

Job responsibilities – Graduate Business Analyst
In this graduate business analyst role, you can expect the following tasks, but not limited to:

• Understand and articulate business requirements through workshops, interviews and collaborative sessions
• Develop clear documentation (e.g process flows) to support solution design
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and founders
• Analyse systems and workflows, identify any gaps, and recommend solutions
• Contribute to testing and implementation
• Ensure compliance and manage change by factoring in risk and regulatory considerations
• Gather, analyse and interpret data to track product performance metrics
• Build on industry knowledge in a fast-paced environment

Please note, this is a graduate role and you will not be expected to have previous experience across all these duties!


Job requirements – Graduate Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g Business, Commerce, Computer Science
• Comfortable mapping out business processes into digital workflows or product requirements
• Excellent communicator and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Super organised and detail-oriented
• Proactive person who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Previous startup or technical experience is a bonus
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and is capable of managing multiple priorities
