Job description - Finance Graduate As a
Finance Graduate, you'll support their brokers and lending manager ensuring everything is running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to
build your knowledge of the lending industry, work closely with experienced managers, and make a real impact by
strengthening relationships between brokers, funders, and internal teams.
Job responsibilities - Finance Graduate Your role as a
Finance Graduate will include (but not be limited to):
- Handle broker and customer enquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
- Support Lending Managers and senior leaders with reporting, data accuracy, and operational tasks.
- Keep up to date with policy of funder policies and system processes
- Represent the business at internal and industry events as required
Job requirements - Finance Graduate - Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention o detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Eager to learn and develop a career in the financial services or lending industry
- Customer service or sales support experience (financial services experience is a plus)
- Exposure to CRM systems is advantageous
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Lending or credit knowledge is desirable but not essential
