Job description – Executive Assistant This is a unique Executive Assistant role to be the
right-hand to the Co-Founder of the business as they continue to expand into the Southeast Asian market.
Expect a fast-paced and diverse role spanning
operations, business administration and market expansion. You’ll be working behind the scenes to keep things running while also handling stakeholder communication, helping improve internal operations and tracking post-sales activity.

Key Responsibilities – Executive Assistant In this Executive Assistant role, expect the following tasks
, but not limited to: - Daily support to the CEO (calendar management, inbox management, stakeholder coordination)
- Help prioritise urgent tasks with the strategic outlook of the business
- Where possible, automate tasks to streamline processes
- Draft emails, reports and presentations
- Capture meetings notes
- Maintain up-to-date records
- Document and improve operational processes
- Communicate with internal teams and external agencies
Please note, that this is a graduate role! It could suit someone in their final year of study with the opportunity to work 3-5 days a week.
Job Requirements – Executive Assistant - Ideally a qualification in business, arts, project management, information systems, marketing or English literature
- Any previous experience managing tasks and people (e.g chairing a student club, coordinating events, working in business administration)
