The Role
As Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns that promote our conferences and events, increase delegate attendance and strengthen our online presence.
Working closely with the Directors, logistics team, speakers and external partners, you'll coordinate marketing activity across digital channels while ensuring all campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
This role is initially office-based in Bromley. Following successful completion of your probation period, hybrid working will be available if desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for conferences and live events.
- Manage and maintain the company CRM and marketing database.
- Update and manage website content, including event pages.
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Collect biographies, images and promotional assets from speakers, sponsors and clients.
- Coordinate media partnerships and promotional opportunities.
- Work alongside the logistics team to support event communications.
- Produce email marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
- Identify new opportunities to increase registrations and brand awareness.
- Assist with marketing materials before, during and after live events.
About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and enthusiastic, with a passion for marketing and events.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related subject, or relevant marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using social media platforms for business.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
