In this Finance Support role, you will be joining Australia’s award-winning mortgage aggregator in the Melbourne CBD office, supporting the financial products team.

The 200-strong team launched in 2003 and had huge success developing and innovating products for the mortgage market in Australia servicing over 5000 brokers.

Job description – Finance Support
As a finance support specialist, you will directly report to the Lender Product Manager assisting lenders with enquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
This will include managing product information and ensuring systems are up-to-date. You will play a vital role in the quality and reliability of their services to mortgage brokers.

Job responsibilities – Finance Support
For a finance support specialist, your role will include the following duties, but not be limited to:
  • Keeping lender product information updated
  • Conducting regular audits
  • Becoming an expert on the products available through training
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and meets brand standards
  • Troubleshooting any issues
  • Escalate any bugs to the development team for resolution
  • Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner

Job requirements - Finance Support
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant degree
  • Any previous administrative experience is a bonus (preferably in banking or finance, but not essential)
  • A passion for the banking and finance sector
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to suggest improvements where applicable
