Job description – Customer Support
In this Customer Support job in Melbourne, your role will be vital in the company’s success by helping customers. From onboarding, customer success, account management and general enquiries. This is a graduate role to lay the foundation of your knowledge and there will be an opportunity to be exposed to all areas of the business.

Job responsibilities – Customer Support
In this Customer Support role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Helping customers on a variety of matters including onboarding, customer success and account management
  • Responding to customers through digital and phone channels.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Identify, document and take ownership of customers’ issues
  • Improving operational processes and procedures where necessary
 
Job requirements – Customer Support
  • Passionate about driving exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven experience managing competing priorities and communicating with other teams clearly
  • Customer facing experience
  • Tech-savviness! Comfortable picking up new platforms and systems with training
  • An interest in FinTech and tech generally is a huge plus
  • Happy to wear multiple hats where necessary and adapt as the company grows
