Job description - Sales Development Representative
As a sales development representative, you will learn how to build a successful outbound sales strategy and hone your new business skills in a supportive team. You will interact with potential prospects from around the world and directly contribute to the building of the team and its success.
Job Responsibilities - Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you be responsible for but not limited to:
- Reach out to prospective companies via email and phone
- Contribute to the outbound sales activity
- Attend sales demos
- Onboard new customers
- Become an expert on ticketing, sales and the platform
- Utilise software tools like HubSpot, Slack and GSuite
- Meeting KPIs
Job Requirements - Sales Development Representative
- Excellent communicator, both written & verbal

- Great problem-solving skills are highly desirable
- Real willingness to learn
- Any experience with Hubspot CRM and/or SaaS background is a plus (but not essential)
