In this Finance Administrator job, you will join Australia’s award-winning mortgage and asset finance aggregator in the Melbourne CBD office, supporting them in a Banking and Finance Administrative Graduate role.
  
The vibrant, 200-strong team has been an industry leader in banking and finance for 23 years. They have had huge success developing and innovating products for the Australian mortgage market servicing over 5000 brokers.
  
The role – Finance Administrator
As a successful Finance Administrator, you will enjoy the dual roles of a Receptionist and Accreditations Administrator.
  
You will play the important role of ensuring all customers experience a professional service and processing accreditations received from their mortgage brokers and lenders promptly.
  
This is the perfect opportunity for a recent Banking and Finance Graduate to get their foot in the door within the industry!
  
Key responsibilities – Finance Administrator
In this Graduate Administrator role, you will have the following duties, but not be limited to:
  • Greeting all customers coming into the office with friendly and professional service.
  • Handling inbound calls from external customers.
  • Managing meeting rooms and general office maintenance.
  • Managing the accreditation inbox and responding to queries.
  • Reviewing and processing lender accreditations.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks.

Job requirements – Finance Administrator
  • Educated to degree level, ideally with a relevant degree (e.g Banking and Finance).
  • Real interest in the banking and finance sector.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Any administrative/receptionist experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and professional.
  • Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your tasks.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
