As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Hyatt, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

You will be responsible for serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring the highest standards of service are met.

Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Hyatt commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities - F&B Attendant

1. Customer service:
   • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
   • Take orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions regarding menu items and specials.
     
     
2. Food and beverage service
   • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
   • Ensure that all items are presented well and meet the establishment’s standards for quality.  
     
     
3. Set up and clean up:
   • Set up dining areas before service, including table settings and ensuring cleanliness.
   • Clean tables and dining areas promptly after customers leave to prepare for the next guests.
4. Collaboration
   • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure proper delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
   • Assist bartenders and fellow staff members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.

Requirements - F&B Attendant

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
