As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Hyatt, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
You will be responsible for serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring the highest standards of service are met.

Responsibilities - F&B Attendant
- Customer service:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions regarding menu items and specials.
- Food and beverage service
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all items are presented well and meet the establishment’s standards for quality.
- Set up and clean up:
- Set up dining areas before service, including table settings and ensuring cleanliness.
- Clean tables and dining areas promptly after customers leave to prepare for the next guests.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure proper delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Assist bartenders and fellow staff members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
Requirements - F&B Attendant
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.
- Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
