Job description - Project Coordinator
In this Project Coordinator Job, you will work closely with Project Managers to support a wide variety of complex client projects within the Professional Services department. You will cover the founding principles of Project Management including running and managing a project and project communications, agile project management, planning risk and quality, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities - Project Coordinator
In this Project Coordinator role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Working in a 1:1 partnership with various Project Managers in the team
  • Supporting on a wide range of client projects in Professional Services Advanced Networks
  • Taking the lead on managing project administration
  • Coordinating stakeholders and time schedules for projects
  • Becoming a point of contact for project queries
  • Attending client meetings
  • Assisting with the pre-sales phase of the project, including project intake
  • Supporting in programme and project tracking
  • Helping to ensure projects are running according to schedule and plan
  • Delivering project status reporting
  • Performing time and cost tracking for projects

Job requirements – Project Coordinator
  • A driven graduate from university, technical degrees are beneficial but not necessary
  • Previous experience in a large corporation is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Complex project-focused experience from studies, internships and work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Someone who is looking for a long-term career in project management or project consulting
  • Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
  • Incredibly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Great administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other comparable CRM applications is beneficial
