Job description - Junior Data Analyst
As a Junior Data Analyst, your focus within the firm is to provide analytical data on reward schemes, value reward plans, and provide data for both current and prospective clients.
 
This firm advises companies of all shapes and sizes, from small start-ups right through to large FTSE 30 multinationals as well as a number of private institutions including charities, not-for-profit, mutuals and family-owned businesses. As an Analyst, your advice will help companies align their remuneration objectives with their overall business strategy.
 
Key responsibilities – Junior Data Analyst
In this Graduate Analyst position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Day-to-day management of the remuneration database.
• Querying database for information to use in client reports.
• Data spreadsheet analysis.
• Financial Modelling.
• Consulting with clients to align their remuneration with their overall business strategy.
• Analysing comparative share price performance.
• Ad hoc research queries for consultants.

 
Job requirements – Junior Data Analyst
