In this Customer Success job, you will have the opportunity to rapidly progress in the Customer Success team, developing marketing and attribution expertise.
You will be liaising with a range of clients in a support/ consultative capacity, helping them to discern insight and strategy based on the key performance metrics put together through the data science model.
The role will be dynamic and varied, with future opportunities to move departments through a bespoke Centre of Excellence Grad Scheme (e.g. Product, Sales, Marketing or Operations), or you may decide Customer Success is the right fit for you!

- Own and project manage client onboarding, including ensuring quality for customers
- Become a go-to expert in Marketing and the business's products, and provide ongoing client training
- Forecast and track key account metrics, identify, and help realise upsell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver insight meetings to clients, highlighting their marketing performance, providing recommendations on ad investment and progress against their goals
- Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible and exceed expectations
Job requirements - Customer Success Grad Scheme
For this Graduate Customer Success role, you will need:
- Business fluency in German (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros etc) and MS PPT
- You enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to customers
- You will be highly organised, able to work across multiple accounts with competing priorities
- Capable of producing high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, overall owner, and responsibility for getting contributors to provide content on time
- Intellectual Curiosity – you are keen to expand your knowledge, and quick to use your common sense / are a self-starter with how to find out the answer to something
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
