Please note, this role is a remote, temporary contract position until December 2024. Should you wish to be considered for this Operations Assistant role, you must be able to start in September 2024.

Job description – Communications Administrator
In this Communications Administrator role, you will work closely with the Graduate Recruitment Team to support with a range of activities during recruitment season.

This includes communications, administration, and operations whilst ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience throughout their application process. This role is highly administrative and organisational – so excellent attention to detail and time management is a must.

Key responsibilities – Communications Administrator
In this Communications Administrator opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring the recruitment phone and email inbox, ensuring smooth correspondence
  • Reviewing and progressing applications submitted via the internal applicant tracking system
  • Planning campus events for upcoming graduates
  • Managing postings on university and external job boards
  • Sharing candidate feedback documents with internal teams
  • Creating documentation to be shared internally
  • Helping to coordinate 250+ selection events

Job requirements – Communications Administrator
  • A university degree, ideally achieving a 2.1 or above
  • Exposure to HR, Admin, Recruitment, or Operations would be a real plus
  • Confident on Microsoft Excel and all Microsoft Office functions
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who can take initiative and hit the ground running!
  • Rights to work in the UK
