Creators are the engine behind TikTok Shop.
We work with hundreds of creators promoting products through affiliate videos and livestreams.
This role focuses on building and managing that creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Source new creators using discovery tools and manual research
- Reach out to creators and onboard them to campaigns
- Manage creator communities through Discord and other channels
- Run creator competitions and incentives to increase posting frequency
- Track creator performance and identify top performers
- Support creators with briefs, hooks and product information
- Maintain strong relationships with high-performing creators
