Job description – Admin Assistant
In this Admin Assistant role, you will be providing end-to-end support to the internal Talent team.

Helping to attract the brightest and best graduates to the consultancy whilst ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience throughout their application process.

This role is highly administrative and organisational – so excellent attention to detail and time management is a must.

Key responsibilities – Admin Assistant
In this Admin Assistant opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with university societies to coordinate alumni events
  • Planning campus events for upcoming graduates
  • Managing postings on university job boards
  • Helping to ensure the smooth running of careers fairs and campus events
  • Monitoring the team inbox and making sure candidates always are responded to
  • Helping to organise transport and travel for graduates
  • Sharing candidate feedback with internal teams
  • Creating documentation to be shared internally
  • Booking meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Helping to coordinate 250+ selection events
  • There may be some occasional travel required
 
Job requirements – Admin Assistant
  • A university degree, ideally achieving a 2.1 or above
  • Exposure to HR, Admin, Recruitment or Operations would be a real plus
  • Confident on Microsoft Excel and all Microsoft Office functions
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who can take initiative and hit the ground running!
  • Rights to work in the UK
